With our mini buffet option, you can enjoy the benefits of catering with just 10 pax! Cleaning will be a breeze as food is served in microwavable containers, disposable table cloth, full set of disposable wares and serviettes are also provided.
Great for elaborate events of above 20 pax, the regular buffet option comes complete with dressed tables and food warmers delivered and set by our trained Catering Captains. Full set of disposable wares and serviettes are also provided (except for BBQ menus and ala carte orders).
Consider our range of premium buffet menus for more intricate and signature dishes! Great for grand events like weddings and corporate functions.
Yes, disposable CornWare cutleries are provided for all menus with the exception for BBQ and ala carte orders. Cutleries are provided 1:1. Additional disposable cutlery is available at S$1/set. Although our cutleries are biodegradable, let’s do our part in reducing our carbon footprint.
Additional warmers and burners are not available for rent or purchase.
No, we do not provide takeaway boxes/containers for leftover food. As advised by NEA, food should not be consumed after being kept at room temperature for more than 4 hours from the time it is cooked to the time it is consumed to ensure food quality and safety.
All regular buffet options comes completely dressed with table skirting and a silk flower centrepiece (unless otherwise indicated). Creative thematic services and fresh flower centrepieces to suit your event’s theme are available at an additional price, speak with our Catering Consultants for a quotation.

The colour of the table skirting is maroon-red.
Hiring of service staff is chargeable at S$100 per staff for 4 hours with order of regular buffet. Subsequent hours is chargeable at S$15/hour.
A minimal surcharge of $30 is chargeable for clearance of rubbish from the venue after event.
As we only use premium quality ingredients food portioning is based on ratio of 1:1 with an additional 10% buffer for main course.
We offer choices of cordial drinks, coffee and tea, canned / packet drinks, ice water and bottled water.
Dish tags for regular buffet will be provided for menus of minimum S$18.99/pax, unless requested for. No dish tags will be displayed for mini buffet, mini high tea, and party sets and BBQ orders to reduce wastage.
Vegetarian packet meals options are available at S$5/set for 1 steam rice + 3 sides, and S$10/set for 1 main + 4 sides. Alternatively certain dishes in the buffet spread can be changed to vegetarian options, please check with our Catering Consultants on the available dishes. Or opt for our vegetarian regular or mini buffet menus for a full vegetarian spread!
Complementing dips are provided for selected dishes, for example spring roll will be served with Thai chilli sauce and sotong you tiao with chilli mayonnaise.
Look out for our recommended dish combination in each menu, or the chef’s hat beside our signature dishes. If you have further queries, our Catering Consultants will be happy to assist.
Ordering & Payment
Our Catering Consultants are available from 9am to 830pm from Monday to Sunday.
Yes, a maximum of 2 dishes of equivalent value can be exchanged for. Or try something new! Get an upgrade to a premium dish at a minimal charge.
An autoreply e-mail will be sent after submission of your online order and our Catering Consultant will contact you within 48 hours to understand your requirements and run through dishes before confirming your order. An order confirmation will be sent thereafter.
To ensure your preferred timeslot is available, we encourage orders have to be placed 5 days prior to your event date. Especially so for orders from Friday to Sunday and during the festive seasons.
Payment can be made by credit card 2 working days prior to the event, or by cash or cheque upon delivery. Cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Neo Garden Catering Pte Ltd”. Kindly note that for self-collection orders, advance payment via credit card is required before collection date.
To allow our Catering Consultants to go through your order requirements and details with you, payment can only be done via cash or cheque upon delivery or via credit card 2 days prior to order date, unless otherwise stated.
Please note, cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Neo Garden Catering Pte Ltd”. Kindly note that for self-collection orders, pre-payment via credit card is required.
Any changes must be made 2 working days prior to the event date.
An administrative charge of S$30 is chargeable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made. If payment was made via your credit card, 2% bank charge is applicable.
If order is cancelled on the event date, no refund will be given. If order is cancelled 1 working day prior to the event date, 50% of the bill will be refunded.
Yes we do! Buffet order of maximum 500 pax can be delivered within 3 hours from confirmation of order. Menu and timeslot is subjected to availability.

Mini Buffet: S$30 per trip per order
Regular Buffet: S$50 per return trip per order (Free delivery for 60pax and above, not applicable for Neo’s Value Package and with use of promotion)
High Tea Buffet: S$50 per return trip per order (Free delivery for orders with minimum spending of S$600 before additional side orders, delivery charges and GST)
An additional S$10 is applicable for delivery to offshore and Central Business District (CBD) areas. Please refer to the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22, 23; Bras Basah 18, 19.
A surcharge of S$50-100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to management’s approval. We seek your understanding as additional assistance and effort is required for the setup of the different components of the buffet line
For Regular Buffet/ Mini Buffet orders, the earliest delivery can be done at 8.30am. For High Tea Buffet orders, the earliest delivery can be done at 7.45am. Earlier delivery is subject to management’s approval with S$50 surcharge, please speak with our Catering Consultants.
Collection of buffet will be 4 hours from time of delivery or 10.30pm whichever is earlier. A surcharge of S$100 will be applicable for collection after 10.30pm or on the following day, subject to Catering Captain’s schedule.
For the best food quality and freshness, extensions are not allowed. NEA also advises for food to be best consumed within 4 hours.
Yes, self-collection is available at 1 Enterprise Road Singapore 629817 and at 1 Kaki Bukit Road, Enterprise One, #05-03/04 Singapore 416236.
